I bought a '96 F-150 (5.8 / Auto) about three weeks ago. Previous owner never had the radiator flushed, so I want to deal with that ASAP. Per the manual, Ford requires spec #ESE-M97B44-A. Anyone have a specific recommended brand?
Also, the transmission fluid hasn't been changed in 4 years (45k miles). I want to take care of that too. Open to suggestions.
Thanks for any/all input.

I don't think there's anything specail on the anti-freeze. I use regular old Prestone on my 93. The radiator has plastic tanks and I've never had a cooling problem.
ATF should be Mercon III. The manual should specify this too.
