I don't think so. I assume that a couple of times wouldn't hurt, but prolonged usage would have adverse affects. There is a FAQ on the page you posted, but more importantly, there is a list of Ford FFV vehicles here.

I saw the FAQ but I thought I remembered reading in the owners manual that these F-150's were bi fuel ready.

no they are not bi-fuel unless they came with the bi fuel package.
