Help! need torque specs

I am changing out the innner and outer tie rods on my 95 F250 4x4 heavy duty and I can't find my manual. Can someone look up the torque specs for the castle nuts on the tire rods....Thanx!!

I looked over my post and see that I typed Tire rod instead of tie rod-glad you knew what I meant. Thanx for the torque specs!!
