since all they are is rumors. Take this with a grain of salt.
I have heard/read that IH already has the 6.4l in test trucks. One Detroit resident even posted he had gotten a look at it and was not impressed. According to him. It is a bored out 6.0 litre with 2 turbos and no improvement on the lack of headstuds.
