does anyone know for sure if these two cabs are the same
I have a 97 F250 Diesel, auto, XLT with power everything, and I found a 96 diesel that is the same. It is too far away for me to go look at it and I am wondering if the new one will hook up exactly like the old one. (all of the wiring, etc...) and if not, what are my options?
Diesel, they should be the same bumper to bumper if they have the exact same options.
Know that one not having certain options, in those years the connectors for the options were dangling.. just not used... so no worries. 97 was a crossover year for the superduties just coming out, so as long as they are the old body style, you're good to go (the 92-96 style).
ok, I was just worried about things like the wait to start light and some other things. What about the key? Is that hard to change over from my old truck?
