Success!

pulled out my tired 351M out of my 77 F150 and put in a less tires apparently rebuilt 400 from a 78bronco. bolted everything up found some carb that works, and turnedo ver a ltitle bit and fired right up. BUT its leaking liek water out of the head, so I dunno if its warped or something like that?

well it must have healed itself, because no more leaks, runs good now, probably almost twice the power as before, I could hardly spin a tire before now its 2nd gear for as long as I want!

You probably just had fluids leaked all over from when you did the engine swap, especially if you are messy like me, lol. It wouldn't be so uncommon, but I would keep my eye on things just in case.

If you had water leaks from around the head gasket I would retorque the head bolts.
