steering u-joint

i have a 79 F-150 4X4, on my steering shaft, i have a u joint near the fire wall, how do i get this joint out to replace it, i have the shaft out of the truck, and i am stumped

steering u-joint

There should be a 12 point bolt on it that you remove or loosen first.
Or undo the bolts that hold the rag Joint.

steering u-joint

i have the shaft with the rag joint on the one end and the u-joint on the other off of the truck, i need to know how to get the u-joint out of the middle of the fork like things on the steering colum end,
