Red face Running Rough

I have a 01 F250 stroker that started running rough, I can not pull any codes out of it but the check engine light stays on. I am unable to reset the light. Any ideas?

go to autozone and have them scan it. the codes would help so we can get you the best info possible.

I took it to Checker and their scanner came to the same conclusion as mine no codes found pending or hard.

look for TSB'S for rough running MIL on no codes.
but i will tell you this. the reader @ autozone is just that...a reader.. not a scanner and may not recognise diesel codes if they are not a normal gas job P code. go to a tech and have him look @ it for you. i only charge 1 hr to scan and do some simple diagnosis w/ a flow chart. otherwise you will be throwing parts and possible unessessary cash @ you mule.

Stupid question but,

Have you checked and drained the fuel filter?
