92 ranger 2.3 will not start

92 ranger 2.3 will not start
this is the deal- 92 ranger 2.3- going down freeway and just quit.
pulled over and it would not start, turn over, or click. checked fuses and it had burned the 60 amp max fuse for the ignition system. week later ( this wednesday) went over a bump and voila!- same thing again except fuse still good. headlights, dome light work. radio does nothing. relay does not click. getting 12v to relay and nothing out of relay. put new relay on for kicks and nothing. Where should I go from here?
