Thanks for the info on lowering the truck. I am working on a 70 F100 short stepside and about to lower mine.

the door glasses will work the way the came from from the factory. I had to cut and shorten the wing glass frames and had new safety glass cut for them at a local shop for about $20. the front and rear glasses were ordered at the same glass shop.

wow!! that looks alsome, can you give us the stats on how much was needed to be added to the doors and,also how much the totle chop was,thx man

it all depends on how much you chop it. when the top comes down it gets longer and wider. get the top tacked together, then cut the sides of the window frame on the door and then tack them back on and measure how much you need to add into the top of the doors. also i had to take out more of the front post because of the angle. 4-3/4" was taken out of the front and 4" in the back.
