I can picture an amature driver driving a "loaded"(10,000lbs) powered truck down hill down shifts and the torque of the drive line ripps the motor mounts and twists the engine 90 degrees. That would be funny to see.
Those boy's don't get it there is a reason you don't see V style engines in big trucks. Especailly small V style engines.
I can side on the 300 side, not even driving a 4.2. The other day i hauled 2800lbs of cast iron in the back of my 90 f-150 reg cab long box 300 auto 4x4, could barely feel the weight.... ok maybe a little but ya know!
