This would make my 3rd Bronco I've owned if i get this one. I've looked at 5 aourund town for sale and this one cost the most. $1700 worth it. 1983 5.0 rebuid motor, new elderbrock intake and Carb, engine painted and they got it looking nice crome everthing under the hook with headers and glasspacks. has a lift not sure how high and nice 33's tires under it under it. all guages work. no rust or dints or dents solid body. but the down side is the indie is nasty tashed. converted to manual windows with big hole in door panels, dash very bad shape carpets gone seats done work right? need advice if still a good deal thanks
If the interior doesn't look right, then the engine could be the same. A coat of paint never made any of my engines run better, just look nicer. No need to run the risk if you ask me...I'd take the shape of the interior as a sign.
It says it's a rebuild motor, so test drive it and see how it runs your self. You could clean up the interior, for pretty cheap, at least alot cheaper than a engine rebuild for another bronco. That's not a bad price though. I paid $1500 for my 79 with rebuilt engine and ugly inside. My bronco is in great running condition, and if I could of got a 78 79 in that condition for $1,700, I would of got it.
I did test drive it and brought it yeserday for $1680, It drives great, A closer look at it i could even see 2 new head gaskets. Its justy runs great. Drove it yesteday a while and only engine problem has was very low idle around 4-500 rpm and stall going drive to reverse. Thanks for help
