It's definately possible, but it's rarely cheaper to convert vs just buying one w/ the V8 in it already (and selling the V6 model). Far fewer headaches down the road as well. Whats your incentive to do the swap vs. the other route ($$$ in previous mods, free engine, etc.)?

Thanks for the reply! No,I really dont have any incentives for doing the swap, I was just wandering what it would consist of. But I do agree with you, itwould probably be a lot more problems than trading. Thanks Again!
