i have BFG AT,s in 285/75-16 on stock rims. the tires have been good but they do tend to come out of balance (i dont know if its the tire or if i am throughing weights). the problem i have with them is the milege, i have about 23,000 miles on them and they are about shot. i am really considering a set of Bridgestone revos to replace them

Since you mentioned the "commercial" T/A, can we safely assume you're looking at a highway tire? If so, 8- or 10-ply? What size? What load range, D or E? For quiet ride and long treadwear, I would recommend either the Bridgestone "Revo" in Load Range E or the Michelin LTX A/S in a E Load also. Ride quality will suffer slightly versus a D Load Range tire, but for highway and longevity.... tough to beat.

Tire
Well the stock was E rated so i figured i should try to stick with it? donno though. But that tire had good grip ot it in hte picture. Better than the regular A/T. I donno what i need besides a good A/T tire that feels out the wheel well on a stock rim. Thats my criteria. Just lookin for what yall think good tires are.

That and the fact that you have a hard time keeping them balanced tells me there may be a larger problem here. It is a possibility that you are throwing the weights. How often do you have them rotated and balanced? Most people are pretty happy with their Revos, but they don't look half as good as the BFG's.
