I was wonderin' how hard it would be to convert air intake setups. I'm pretty sure I have the early 99. My air intake comes out in the wheel well on driver's side. Is there any way to get the set up that puts it up by the grill like the 99.5's? Well if any of this made sense, thanks for any help!!!
I dont know the answer to you question, but, why dont you just go with an open element air filter? the stock filter (any of them) stinks! they do not seal very well and the filtering is questionable... most guys stay away from the k&n... one of the favorites seems to be the tymar... I have an open element filter and I am very pleased... it seems to breath better and I can hear the turbo spooling up...
