Fuel Pump, Relay ???
I have done some research and I guess I need some opinions. Last week I went to start my 92 EB I turn the key and no whir whir from the pump. I tried to start it anyway and as predicted it turned over fine and would not fire.
I checked the reset button under the passenger kick panel, looked at the relay, and banged on the tank. No dice. I let it set for about six hours and when my son got home I asked him to help me push it out of the way of the garage. My wife got in to steer for us and when she turned the key I heard it, the old whir whir from the pump. I told her to start it and vroom away it goes.
I have driven it some since with no problems. Now that I am gun shy, should I replace the pump, relay, both, none???
92 EB 351 about 120000
Thanks!

It could also be a wiring problem or an intermitent pump that is being finicky. Probably nothing you can do until it happens again.
