AC Problem

I need some help if you guys could help I would greatly appreciate it I have a 1993 F150 with the 300 I6 and I converted the system over 2 years ago. This year it started acting up. It would run from time to time ( get cold) and other times it wouldn't. I checked the leads going to the AC clutch and there was voltage to it so I replaced the pump and clutch ( complete) and recharged it. Now when it gets real warm like 90 deg the clutch won't engage and there isn't any voltage going to the clutch. Other times like in the morning or when it is cool out (70-80 deg) it works fine. I checked the line presure and it was realy high like 140 psi and when I charged it it was right where it was supposed to be as far as line presure. Any Ideas I would hate to take it in and find out it was something simple. Thank you

your low presure switch could be interm. working. disconnect it and jumper the wires with a paper clip to see if the compressor works.

Thank you I will try that I thought it may be faulty but since it worked from time to time I figured it may be something else.
