bad vibrations
I have a '92 f-150 4x4 flare side reg. cab short bed and of course the 300, with a 5 speed manual, 3:08 gears with trac lok. 31x10.50x15 fate-o tires(crude but effective). manual hubs on dana 44 front axle.
Now this all started when I had it sit for about a month (not hitting the road but was moved at least twice a day) I was doing body work.
tires are relativly new, so are the u-joints (except the split axle joint in front axle) complete rear brakes new. trans engine mounts new, crossmember new, front shoks new. complete front brakes new, (hoses old), rims are strait.
I dont know what can cause this problem????????? 67-73 it is bad, hold on bad.
The only thing missing is the front bumper still waiting for it. its off the truck right now. Could this be my problem with alignment? Was this there before and me not driving the truck for a month I notice it now.
all help is greatly appreciated.
1º Front bearing, excesive wear or wrong pre-load calibration. There is an specific procedure for each front wheels configuration.
2º Shock absorber and/or its insulator rubbers
3º Ball joints, wear.
4º Wrong tires pressure. Try a different set of tires&rims
