IAC location

I have an F-150 1988 4.9L and would like to know where the IAC is located.

On the top of the throttle body, has an electrical connector on it.

Is it the same as a Throttle Air Bi-Pass Valve? Same part different name?

yep, also called bypass air idle speed control solenoid.
