Autotrans in Powerstroke

Tomorrow I take posession of a new F-250 Powerstroke. Any ideas on how to keep the transmission in the truck. Here all sorts of stories on failures.

Oh , and don't believe all the stories - I am assuming you don't or you would not be buying a new F250.
