If the truck it came out of is the same chassis length as you have, measure the driveshaft in it and yours, if it is different get the one in the donor truck.
I assume you have a two wheel drive.
Also was the ZF 5 in a diesel truck?
The gas version will not fit a diesel.
Some bolt right in, some have to move the cross member, some have to have the driveshaft cut.
Most of the diesel ZF 5 transmission trucks had the dual mass flywheel. The regular solid flywheel will work and is a better option.

I watched a couple of mechanics do a LUK solid flywheel conversion on an 88 350 last winter. The entire LUK kit and shipping was cheaper than the dual mass flywheel alone.
The original dual mass flywheel had all the springs out of it, it was undriveable with all the vibration.
