Hello boys.
Nice to meet some ford truckers. Years ago I had a 79 150 which i did completly over into a flat bed. nice truck she is gone now , but I have picked up an 85 f-150 short box auto streight 6 which is in reasonably good shape after new floor boards. have redid alll gaskets on motor and some parts. transmission went so just finished replacing it.
Neighbour had one stored in shed. Do not ask me why he kept it but I am happy.Have kept old transmission to have it rebuilt some time.Have set of rims lined up and have cross members to replace but project is under why. My kids love the long bench seat. They had never been in a young man's real date machine. My son wants it when he gets his licence so the young ladies can snuggle over to him . ha ha
