Need some help identifying a headlight

I think it's for a 97-2003 F150 or Expidition.
Along the bottom of the lens, it has SAE-HR-96TK on it in one spot, then 26V 22H HB5 towards the inside.
If anyone can look at theirs and see if this matches, Id appreciate it.

OK... Here's a picture.

Does this look like your trucks headlight?
If not, any idea on where to look up Ford part numbers?

i just walked outside and checked mine-the no's are exactly the same as my '01 f150. i'm 99% sure all '97-03 & 04 heritage are the same, excluding those projection type you see on lightenting & harley d. also i'm 99% sure of the expy's thru '03. paul....
