If it's any help, I have a good attorney. Took me over a decade to find him, and once I did, I wouldn't consider calling anyone else. Good, dedicated professionals are tough to find- and worth keeping, in any field.
I'm fortunate- I don't....very often, anyways. Our stores have a gold-standard reputation around here, so all you have to do is say "I work out at Suburban" and people start nodding their heads (and asking, "Chevy or Ford?"). Even in town they know us, our trunkmonkey , and our reputation. OK, the Metro dealers aren't that happy with us, because we've rearranged the pecking order...but we're proving people will travel out to a small town to do business the small-town way (in large numbers).
One thing I will point out- the best stores have the best people beating a path to their door, and they generally pay them enough to not think about going anywhere else. If the sales staff seems shoddy in a dealership you're visiting, you've just read volumes about their entire operation. Honesty, integrity, and quality come from the top down, not the other way around. And customer satisfaction? That comes from happy employees that take pride in their work and their employer.
