headlight switch replacement
I've got an '89... same dash setup.
Turn the **** until you see a small slot near the back.
Use a hook tool (kinda like a pointed punch that's bend on a 90 degree angle) to push the small metal tab back towards you. You kinda have to push in on the **** at the same time until you feel it release, then pull out. Once you've removed it you'll see what held it on.
Then you have to do the same with the wiper ****.
The panel just pops in. Gently push a screw driver under the panel and twist. The panel will pop out. You'll see the switch and the screws that hold it in.
The panel and ***** are old plastic pieces. If you mess them up, go to any junk yard and buy a couple for $5.
