Question Vaccuum leak?

I have a '86 F150 302 V8 EFI. I think that I have a vacuum leak problem. One morning my truck cranked up and immediately died and wouldn't crank again. After work it cranked again and seemed to work fine for a few days and then it died again at a redlight and my wife pulled me home. I looked up the symptoms in my repair manual and all signs reported to a vacuum leak. So, I started checking all of the vac lines. One of the bolts that hold the IAC unit on was loose and stripped out. I retapped and tightened it back using some ultra blue RTV gasket maker and thought that I fixed it. I test drove it Sunday morning, drove to work and back Monday and it seemed like I fixed it. On my way home today I stopped by the store and when I left it cranked right up, and I drove off but it died before I could leave parking lot. Towed her home again. Does anybody have a clue about what is going wrong with my old girl? Is it a vacuum leak? Any ideas will be better than nothing.

Thanks

Here are a few I'd check...

Do a computer diagnostic and see what it says... It could be a solonoid or computer related intermitent fault.

It could also be ignition related...
