floor pan or mounts first?

I'm just about ready to start assembling my cab repair parts. Everything looks
like it's cut to fit just fine - it's a matter of starting to weld.

My question is whether I should weld in the floors first, and then attach the cab mounts, or whether I should bolt in the cab mounts, attach them to the firewall, and then weld in the floors.

Any suggestions?

Doesnt look like anyone answered here so I will give my two cents, although I have never done cab repair, but have worked in sheetmetal a bit. If I were redoing any metalwork on my cab I would first get all the cabcorners/mounts installed first, measuring twice to be sure all margins are the same, level and square. Then I would put my doors back on to ASSURE the margins were going to be fine on those. Then I would put the floorpans in last...

The reason I would do it in this order is to be sure the cab is still squared and true. If not , a person will have a HARD time getting the doors to fit right, if ever. If all the cabs heavy metal is o.k. and bolted down, the floor pans can be cut to fit however they need. If they are welded in FIRST and with a cab not true, they could be holding the door pillars out of alignment. all jmo, now lets see if we get some help from others with experience, good luck
