I found a 53-55 (not sure exact year) f-350 at a local junkyard. The owner offered it to me for $500. Is the cab the same on the F-100 250 350? Also, what about the frame? If i can use it i'll buy it but other than the frame, cab and engine it is junk and i'm running out of storage area.
Hi mfraley65,
I am no expert on the bigger trucks, but I'm confident that the cab is the same regardless of year or rating. The F250's and 350's we're set up to be long boxes so the frames are a couple feet longer than the F100's. I hope this helps - Brad
As long as it's a conventional cab, they all interchange. The fenders are the difference. I've found the F-100/250 fenders to be same, 350-600 same and 700-up to be same. I think the series stops at 900, does anyone know of anything bigger than the 900 for '53-'56?
