But I have a question:
Normal litters are larger than this. Is it possible some kittens are still trapped in the mother?
(There is a dire reason that I ask this. I once watched a mother dog die over that question)
we lost one of the three. sue was wondering the same thing cuz she was expecting at least four. but the mother is very small. she seems healthy enough though she's lost all interest in the kittens. i have to take sue to zellers later for some kity formula. for what it's worth we saw the placenta come out and the mother seems to have her appetite back.
I am a sucker for cats. Especially kittens. I have 3 cats now. I did have 5 when I lived at my apartment a couple years ago. One of my cats I have now was a homeless cat that my wife (then girlfriend) made me chase around the apartment building until I caught it so we could keep it. She is the cutest cat. She is part dog I think.
Kittens are the cutest unless they chew on stuff (my one cat chewed wires for the first 2 years of her life).
yeah eh.. they're only a few days old and already crawling all over their mommy. be fun to have them around but my g/f already has 6 cats not counting these two so we're gonna be looking for homes. did i mention we were looking for homes for kittens???
haha.. sue just told me she'd been downstairs to check on them... yeha right she's probably been playing with them. i told her not to or the mommy would eat them. anyway she said soon as she was upstairs buddy the yellow dog was just all over her wanting to know all about the kitty smell. never knew a dog could love cats so much but he's great with them.
