My cruise control in my 95 f150 is not working, but you can hear a clicking sound that isnt from the button being pushed that is somewhere in the dash. i have no clue what the deal is but i was wondering if it took a relay switch and where it was located or fuses or what?
thanks
Jesse

I had the same problem once. Took it to 2 dealers and 3 trips. Found out that all it was is the switch on the brake pedal. When you turn your cruise on the the switch was bad and would send a signal to turn it off, just like if you had the cruise on and working and hitting the brake. I would check that out first.
well it has worked a couple times but it would only work for a couple of seconds. where would i find a new sensor at online? and no i dont have any flashing warnings or anything and i wear my seatbelt all the time so its off too. and where exactly is the master cylinder... im not too smart at this stuff but i know a little. most of the time i just take it to the shop but this time i wanna try to do this 1 myself.
I am curious. Does your Cruise light come on at all? Mine is totally dead as are my reverse lights. Someone suggested that it is the same fuse but the one my daigram shows is good. I need to dig into this more. I miss my cruise control.
Mine stopped working, and I found out that it was not getting 12V to the amplifier for whatever reason. No blown fuses, bad switches, etc. I just ran another wire from an ignition source, and it seems to work fine now.
...........Except for a strange problem it has, for some reason when I turn on the left signal, cruise control stops. Only the left. It was doing this before it quit working.
