Secondly, depends on the motor... For the most part, the 2v/4v heads, as far as I recall, only differed in the Cleveland (351c) motor. The ports were of different sizing and it gave the 2v some serious low end torque.
I'd hold out for an expert, but let us know what motor you are referring to.

Street performance and LOW END TORQUE went "THROUGH THE ROOF" with the 2-V heads !!! The only exeption is UNLESS you plan on running 7000+rpm in your motor.
