I have zero power in the morning when I leave my house especially when I park nose up on an incline. I have gone to the dealer, but they say the 6.0l do this to help preserve the engine in the morning, this cant be true. Anyone else have this same or similar problem with their powerstroke?

I can only say, run to another dealer, that is pure donkey smell, it doesn't "reduce power output at first start to reduce wear" or any other funky crap like that. I do not however have any feasible ideas, except find a dealer with certified techs, no guarantee, but it's your best chance of getting it fixed.
Actually, there is a significant amount of ICP trim at low engine oil temps, so you won't experience "full" power until the truck is warm, however it shouldn't feel tremendously weaker. When the rings are cold you really don't want to load the cylinders with a lot of fuel and cylinder pressure.
First thing to have them check for is a bad EBP sensor; before they go totally bad they have the tendency to send an intermittent signal when cold, causing low rpm boost problems. Next would have to start with the high pressure system, but that would need more diagnosis.

My 03 f-350 does the same thing... It wont move more than 30mph (and at 30mph its shaking and wont shift right) untill the Temp gague reads half way between hot and cold..
It has to be a Bad sensor somewhere because it has to sit for about 15min before its ready to be drove correctly with full power.. But if i plug in the heater over night it will only take acouple min before it has full power..
Its getting on my nerves pretty bad lately because its 100degrees out and i still have to plug the truck in if i dont want to wait 15min to take it out of the driveway!
