Another Ford SD convert
Just bought a shiny new '05 F250SD 6.0L PSD FX4 SuperCab, as I totalled my '99 Cherokee when a drunk tried to beat me through an intersection (and lost). I'm happy with it so far, but a little concerned as the engine rear main seal had to be replaced at 111 miles. They also ordered a new muffler for me after hearing an odd whistling noise at partial throttle. Sooo, hope to get all the bugs ironed out b4 desert season. Only have about 325 miles on it so far, first tank gave me 12 mpg and hoping this improves real quick !! We do a lot of sand running and plan to put the SD through its paces
