EFI problem when cold

My 92 F150 with a 302 will stumble a little and the throttle response is not real good when the motor is cold and seems to miss a little too, when the motor warms up it goes away. The check engine light does not come on but it seems to be like a sensor is starting to go bad and what should I look at first, even though I changed the motor most of the sensors are original and have over 225,000 miles on them except for the oxygen sensor and the distributor and ignition module are original too. If I take it to a dealer or good garage can it be hooked up so the computer system can be checked to see if all the sensors are working properly. Jeff

I would look into a vacuum leak first and possibly a slightly stuck open EGR valve. Then possibly either the IAC or ECT sensor. (Idle Air Control valve / Engine coolant temp sensor).
Does it have a MAF sensor? If so, it could need cleaning. (Mass air flow)
