Superchips 1705 MAX micro tuner - WOW!!!
Well I just installed the High Performance Tune from the Superchips 1705 MAX micro tuner (Most gains out of the 3 available tunes) on my F250 7.3L TD & WOW WEE. I am very impressed with the results. It is very early days as I have only driven about 30km since the install, but the result is unreal. I am thinking I should also try the Performance Tow Tune but I am having a hard time convincing myself to remove the current tune. I can't tow with this tune which doesn't really bother me - just hope it's not to aggressive on the trannie (torque wise) as it is. No other mods accept a K&N drop in panel air filter on my truck. Smokes em up from a standing start no problems. Pulls like a freight train stuck on WOT.

I have the same setup as you. 1705 and drop in K&N. My truck is a 2003 CC 4X4 7.3 auto with 305.70's. I traded a 2003 SC 4X4 with the 5.4 auto and 3.73's for this one. I have a test I did with both trucks. From the end of my road to a road sign on the highway (from a dead stop), the 5.4 hit 74 mph. The 7.3 did it at 72 stock. I installed the SCMT on the highest setting and hit 82 mph. I was afraid of high EGT's and smoked tranny so I put it on the perf tow (middle) setting. It does 78 now. I just took it to Florida and it returned 19+ mpg all highway. I love it for the price. Next mods are exhaust and the 6637 filter mod.
