Dodge wheels on a 79

Does anyone know if I can run Dodge rims on my 79, the stud pattern is 5 on 5 and a half, not sure if this the same as my truck.

If the dodge rims are 5 on 5 1/2, then yes they will fit. You may need to check for proper backspacing though. Make sure they are 5 on 5 1/2 because dodge also used 5 on 5 as well.

stock 5x5.5" Dodge rims will will fit Ford but stock Ford rims won't fit the Dodge

dodge only used 5x4", 5x4.5" and 5x5.5". full size GM cars and 1/2 ton GM trucks are 5x5"

Actually most of the full size GM cars were 5x4.75 and only a few were 5x5. The GM 1/2 ton trucks were 5x5 if they were 2 wheel drive, the 4x4 used a 6 lug pattern. Not that it matters much though...
