In the past I have drilled a small hole for a set screw, although it may not be
the right fix it will work for a while! And you may take a dremel and cut new
splines you also may run a small bead of mig around it first and then cut
splines, allthough I have not tried the weld or dremel.
P.S if your window cranks are in good shape I would only drill and set screw
junk ones!

Andy, Usually the window channel felts wear out and the window sticks on the way up or down. Give the handle a good crank and the spline or the handle gets stripped. The solution is to replace the window channel felts, the regulator and handle. New these are expensive as heck! Used are available in the classifieds here and over on the slick site. You could install power windows but the cost is fairly high.
