New member, old lurker. We have 5 ford trucks in our current recovery fleet. We have had a total of 15 ford trucks over the past 20 years for the fleet. The last truck we purchased from ford will be our last ford. Yep, you guessed it; a 6.0 PSD. No money to sue, no buy-back offered, and no fixes available, warranty or otherwise. We will sell the chassis-cab, taking a loss of about $70K for the 2 years.
My personal truck is a '94 F-250/460, bullet-proof, one of my boys has a '97 F-150/4.6, bullet-proof. Ford blew it on the 6.0. I will post the problems of the '03/'04 F-450/6.0 on the maintenance forum.
