Try going to this website: www.svt.ford.com. You will have to search for a svt dealer in those two states and then search their inventory. I doubt there are any new ones still unsold, but you never know.

Have you had any luck with finding a lighting? I just got mine last monday but it is a 02 lighting that only had 2059 miles on it and was owned by a lady that had bought it just for a collector truck and she had it in a climate controlled building when her company failed and she had to sell it, so it really is brand new. gool luck on finding one.
