Hi, I have a 2004 F150 5.4l Triton with 2 wheel drive. I am doing the maintenance myself and the 15,000 mile service list includes:

- Inspect and lubricate the 4X2 ball joints

From reading other posts I think I can locate this but what kind of lube should I use? Has anyone done this before and have pictures?

I was try to buy a manual but they don't seem to have one for the 2004
