fueling problems PLEASE help!!!

Okay, I have an 03 250 powerstroke. I had some body work done for which they removed the bed. When I got it back it will not take fuel, Imean you have to let it trickle in or it shuts the pump off. I checked the lines to make sure they were not pinched and they seem fine. I was just wondering what the problem could be before I go back to the body shop again and raise kane.

Maybe they crimped the tank vent line when they set the bed.

i think you have a air lock somewhere so air cant get out to let in fuel
