Front Axel
I have a 95 f150 with that twin I beam front susp. I'v been thinking about switching it to a straight axel because i use it for alot of off roading. Would it be that hard to take the front axel out of a 90s 1 ton and put it on mine. Would it be better to use coils or leafs? Steering? Any ideas would be great.

If you get a chance run a search in the offroad forum for "SAS" (straight axle swap). There's a lot of good info there as well as details from people who have done the swap. My opinion is that it's typically easier to do the swap with leaf springs but since you have coils keep them. It will ride a lot smoother.
