Steering box problem?
I have a 1981 F250, two wheel drive that weaves back and forth and grows more pronounced with a load. Have replaced radius arm bushings and tie rod ends. This has helped some but not eliminated the problem. I have also adjusted the steering box as much as I dare. The steering shaft moves up and down a bit when wiggled but not excessively. Any advice appreciated.

have you checked your ball joints, and your axle beam pivot bushings, are your front coil springs weak?, ( front end sagging ,wheels splayed out some ) these Fords like this have a lot of stuff to wear out & can make them drive wild , good luck!!
