my good friend is sure it is the fuel filter and has advised me to change it
which maybe a tall order for me . where do i start even to be sure that this is the problem ?
Any help would be great
thanks..
I would start with the fuel filter it is not hard to change. I use filters from napa it comes with a picture and instructions on how to install it. You should have know problem changing it out did mine in about 10 min. the first time I tried it.

The fuel filter would be the first, but I would say it is the cam shaft positioning sensor.
