should I wait?

I got my billstein shocks today but my hellwig sway bar wont be here for another week. should I wait and install both at once or should I go ahead and install the shocks? I didn't know if it made any difference or not. Also I have very little time to work on my truck and this weekend may be my only time for a couple more weeks.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Go ahead and install the front Bilsteins, but wait on the rears. You have to remove the lower rear shock bolts anyway to install the Hellwig

Ditto what rlh68050 said. Wait and install the rear shocks at the same time you do the swaybar. Once you get under there & remove the U-bolt holding the shock mount to the axle, you'll understand why.
