Being new to this site. Where does a guy find out all the rules and regulations on getting one started. Being there are so many new ones it would be nice to know what these jobs require. There has been alot of asking for help in getting going but there isn't going to be to many step forward if they don't know what they are getting into.

just chimming in on this, from what I can tell ,
Matts72 as the Montana state Leader/Rep.
and are there any other that would like to step up as a CL/Rep ?
