Power Mirror Switch Removal
My '02 power mirrors have stopped moving to the right on both sides.
I assume it is the rocker switch .
How does it come out? It looks like you would have to pull the ***** and then the cover plate but it looks delicate.
Has anyone replaced one yet?
Any help will be appreciated.

Well I get to answer my own post.
I pulled the entire cover off of the armrest and all window controls and switches come up with it .
You pop out the entire mirror switch by depressing a plastic ramp.
The wiring harness unplugs from the switch.
New switch $22.18 from Ford.
Entire job took me less than 2 minutes.
