Idle Problem
Ok I'm stumped. I have an 87 F-150 302 automatic. Truck had the usual eratic idle, I replaced the idle air control and that helped a lot but the idle was still fluctuating so I cleaned the throttle body. Now the truck idles at at about 750 rpms in park or neutral but goes up to 1000 rpms in gear. Checked the TPS voltage and its right where it should be. Truck idle didn't go up until I cleaned the throttle body. Any ideas what I should check next?
