I own a 94 300ci 6 cil flare side and suddenly my airbag light started blinking when the engine is runing, first 2 times stops for about 4 second, then 3 times and stops for another 4 seconds an repeats his all the time.

I would suggest checking EVERY fuse in the fuse box,and,any fuses in the power center,if there is one,under the hood.I remember a friend of mine had problems with the AIR BAG light and SHIFT INTERLOCK every now and then.All he had to do was find the burnt fuse and change it!

thank you,i checked all fuses and no one is burnt.
where is the main part of the air bag ,under the hood? i wouldnt know where to start looking, all previous cars i had the box under the seat, but fords dont, sorry for my ignorance,i hope some one can help me
