Anyone ever have to replace their steering box? I have a 94 F-150 Flareside and i guess when i bought it the guy only replaced the seal on the steering box and that seal is only good for a few months, then it goes bad...like a temporary replacment. So i have to buy a steering box for my truck now. Anyone know of a good brand? or store to buy one? cheap?
where are you located. I have an 91 F150 parts truck with the steering box still in it.
I'm up Alberta.
drop me a PM or email me at yamadeere@hotmail.com and we can talk price and shipping.

Do NOT buy a used steering box. The seals like to leak (as you've found out) and they develop a lot of slop in them as they wear. Unless you can get one for free, I would not bother.
I bought one at Napa for $194. I had to rent a pitman arm puller. It took a couple of hours to do. If you can get some help, do it. That box is HEAVY.
